Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery.

• Sale items, custom-made pieces, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at helloafroviva@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

3. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 days.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or style, we offer exchanges within the return window.
